Sarathi is accountable for the Estate Analysis Team ensuring detailed and accurate assessment of current client situations as well as finding appropriate solutions and opportunities. This includes document and financial statement review, tax research and strategies, case design enhancement and hypothetical tax scenarios. Sarathi also coordinates with internal and external advisors to accomplish client goals and objectives. Sarathi’s 25 plus years of tax experience as well as financial planning training equips her to oversee the planning, enactment and maintenance of clients’ Master Plans.
Master Plan Operations Director
Kyle is accountable for the Investment Portfolio Team ensuring seamless integration of client portfolios to their Master Plan, cash flow needs and/or allocations. This includes portfolio design and management. Kyle also coordinates with internal and external advisors to accomplish client goals and objectives.

Kevin consults with individuals, families and businesses on the development, implementation and management of holistic financial strategies including risk management, retirement planning, business succession and estate planning.

Pam heads all our human resource needs. She initiates the hiring process and takes care of all employees. Pam also maintains Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll. Pam’s education and 30 years experience in an administrative position have qualified her to oversee the general supervision of the office and control all personnel issues.

Director of Client Services & Marketing
Adam provides direct support to the President/CEO in overseeing client relationships and ensures that you receive a superior level of overall client service. Adam is responsible for coordinating functions within the Master Plan Management Team from your initial meeting, implementation of your Master Plan™, and coordinating your Rhythm Reviews with timeliness and accuracy.

Lance works directly with the Master Plan Management Team and internal advisors to facilitate the Rhythm Review Process for our Master Plan clients. The process driven approach provides a comprehensive review and ensures our clients’ Master Plan is accurate and up to date with their ever evolving planning needs.

Tax and Planning Associate
Ethan is accountable for complete and accurate estate planning and tax analysis to maximize opportunities and minimize risk for individuals and business clients. He works directly in the comprehensive planning for client’s i.e., FLP, Trust and Master Plan Management. Ethan also works with compiling financial statements, financial management and designing reports.

As part of an experienced TEAM, Gayle will greet clients and answer the phone. She also brings extensive experience to the table in preparing Life insurance, Long Term Care, Disability and Annuity application,completing the applications and submitting them to the appropriate company; setting up medical appointments; trust management; entering Life policies and Annuities into the computer; and setting up paper files for all policies as directed.

Shane’s education and experience qualifies him to assist in processing client reports, presentations and insure timely and accurate processing of client services and requests.

Master Plan Management Operations Specialist & IT Manager
Sue performs a valuable and vital role in our clients’ relationship with the firm. Master Plan Management is the cornerstone of what we do for families and businesses. Sue’s knowledge of our data handling systems, along with assisting facilitation of critical documentation and asset management workflow processes help SFG deliver as a holistic planning firm. Sue also manages the IT components of the firm; ensuring all data and systems are operational and secure.
Client Service Specialist
Holly assists investment professionals by preparing investment new account forms and once prepared, processes paperwork for submission to broker/dealer, and to service accounts. The Client Service Specialist acts on behalf of the Reps in order to call fund companies to establish allocations or make exchanges in allocations, monitor transfers and update personal information and make fund company inquiries. She also assists the reps with their schedule.

The Master Plan Management Operations Specialist is a management level position that provides administrative support to Master Plan Management operations and the Investment Department. This position has an emphasis on customer service and report generation.
